Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Orderat, registering for an account, choosing a subscription plan, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Eligibility
Orderat is intended for merchants, business owners, and authorized users who are legally able to operate a business and use online services.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration and business information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- If you register on behalf of a company or business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Platform Services
Orderat provides software tools that help merchants create and manage online storefronts and commerce operations. Orderat is a technology platform, not the seller of products listed by merchants.
- Hosted storefront and storefront management tools.
- Product, category, inventory, customer, and order management tools.
- Checkout configuration, delivery methods, and payment method settings.
- Dashboard, analytics, reports, templates, and onboarding tools.
- Related support, updates, and platform improvements.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for their own stores, products, prices, content, customers, order fulfillment, customer communication, legal compliance, and business activity.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of product details, prices, stock, images, descriptions, and availability.
- You are responsible for fulfilling orders, managing delivery, handling returns, and supporting your customers.
- You must comply with applicable laws, taxes, consumer protection rules, and commercial requirements.
- You must not misuse customer information collected through your storefront.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Orderat for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized activity. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the platform is being misused.
- Selling illegal, restricted, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited products or services.
- Using the platform for fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access.
- Uploading harmful, offensive, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
- Violating the rights, privacy, intellectual property, or safety of others.
Subscriptions & Billing
Orderat may provide access through subscription plans. Plan features, limits, prices, billing intervals, and activation rules may vary depending on the selected plan.
- Your store may remain pending, inactive, suspended, or limited until payment is confirmed.
- Subscription renewal, upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or expiry may affect access to platform features.
- Fees paid for active subscription periods are generally non-refundable unless Orderat states otherwise in writing.
Intellectual Property
Orderat owns the platform, software, interface, brand, design, code, systems, and related technology. Merchants retain ownership of their own store content, product data, images, logos, and business materials.
- You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute the Orderat platform without permission.
- You grant Orderat the right to host, process, display, and store your content as needed to operate your store and provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
Orderat provides tools for merchants to manage commerce activity, but Orderat is not responsible for the products, services, prices, promises, delivery, refunds, disputes, or legal obligations between merchants and their customers. The platform is provided on an operational best-effort basis, and no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension & Termination
Orderat may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or store if there is unpaid subscription activity, suspected misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior that may harm the platform, merchants, customers, or Orderat.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Orderat evolves, features are added, business requirements change, or legal requirements develop. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
